Everything sold by Glow & Grow Rich is a digital product. Nothing is shipped.

Our 30-day money-back guarantee

If a product isn't right for you, email us within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full. You do not need to give a reason, and there is nothing to return.

To request a refund, email digitalacquisitionltd@gmail.com from the address you used at checkout, with your order number. We aim to reply within 2 business days.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider usually shows the money within 5–10 business days. We do not charge a restocking or admin fee.

Once a refund is issued, your access to the files and any course material for that purchase ends, and you must delete any copies you have downloaded.

Your legal rights

This guarantee is offered in addition to your statutory rights and does not replace them.

Under UK and EU consumer law you normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase. For digital content downloaded or accessed immediately, that right ends once the download begins — which is why we offer the longer 30-day guarantee above regardless.

If a product is faulty, incomplete, or not as described, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it.

Problems accessing your files

If a download link doesn't work or you can't reach your material, email us before requesting a refund — most access problems are fixed the same day.
