All products are digital — guides, workbooks, planners and template files. Nothing physical is shipped. Prices are in US dollars and include any applicable taxes shown at checkout.

2. Access and delivery

Access is provided digitally after payment, to the email address used at checkout. If you cannot access your purchase, email us and we will resolve it.

3. Your licence

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the material for your own purposes. You may print copies for your own use.

You may not resell, share, republish, redistribute, or claim authorship of any file, in whole or in part, and you may not sell resale or private-label rights to it. We retain all intellectual property in the material.

4. Refunds

Covered by our Refund Policy: a full refund within 30 days of purchase, on request, with no reason required.

5. No professional advice

Our fitness, nutrition and wellness material is general information, not medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any exercise or nutrition programme, particularly if you are pregnant, have an existing condition, or are taking medication.

Our business and marketing material is general information, not financial, legal, tax or investment advice.

6. Results

What you get out of these materials depends on your own circumstances, effort and consistency. We do not promise any specific outcome, income, or physical result, and nothing on this site should be read as such a promise.

Some material discusses platforms we do not control, including Instagram. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them. Their rules and features change, and you are responsible for complying with the terms of any platform you use.
